Set Up Work

Furniture and other items are moved to the center of the room or out of the way completely. These items, along with other areas (i.e. cabinets, countertops, etc.). are covered with plastic. Why? To protect YOUR belongings and to give us the space required to do a great job.

Ceiling and wall fixtures are removed or covered with plastic depending on the job specifications. Why? To ensure we do a thorough paint job and to protect these fixtures.

Floors are completely covered with plastic and drop cloths. Why? To protect from paint drips or splatters that may occur while we are working.
Preparation

Any visible holes or cracks in the walls, ceilings & trim are filled with spackle, then sanded smooth and flat. These areas are then spot primed in order to avoid showing through the paint.

Gaps along any trim are filled with caulking to improve appearance.

Visible stains like water stains are spot primed.
Painting

The painting will be done by experienced professionals who will apply the paint with a brush, roller, or sprayer depending on the surface.

High quality paints are used..

There will be clean, straight cut lines between walls, ceilings, and trim.

Tools or ladders left on the job site will be neatly organized and out of the way for multiple day jobs.
Clean Up

Furniture, ceiling, and wall fixtures are uncovered and put back into their proper places.

Carpets and floors are cleaned using a shop vacuum.

Trash and garbage are removed from the site.

Inspection

The crew does a walk around and touch ups are done as needed.

The foreman and customer do one final walk through.

Any leftover paint is sealed, labeled and left for the customer.
